FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
This unique massage manipulates the pressure points of the feet to balance all the organ systems of the body.

POLARITY THERAPY (CHAKRA BALANCING)
The human body is animated by subtle electrical energy currents which flow through and around it. Discomfort and disease are caused by blockages in these energy currents. Deep pressure points, rocking and gentle holds re-activate and re-align the flow of energy to revitalize the body.

Alan brings 21 years of massage therapy private practice and ten years of teaching massge to your session, custom creating your perfect experience to meet your body, mind,and spirit's need in the moment. These unique sessions seek a fine balance of deep tissue muscular therapy, soothing relaxation, and healing integration. It is the foundation for harmonizing the body, heart, mind, and spirit. These session use structural deep-tissue massage, Polarity Therapy techniques, Swedish massage, and reflexology to soothe your mind and your muscles.

INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE

Somatic Massage--(soma means body, mind, spirit in harmony) seeks a fine balance of deep tissue muscular therapy, soothing relaxation, and healing integration. It is the foundation for harmonizing the body, heart, mind, and spirit. This integrative session uses structural deep-tissue massage, movement, breathwork, Polarity Therapy techniques, voice dialogue/Big Mind Meditation, and visulization. These powerful, and often intense, sessions relieve stress & resistence, release psychosomatic blocks, reverse fatigue and energize your life, and restore good posture.

BODY BRILLIANCE SESSIONS:

These sessions combine deep-tissue bodywork, PSYCH-K, andPolarity Therapy for a sytematic overhaul of your Body, Mind, Spirit well being. The deep-tissue massage releases long helpstress in your muscles and conective tissues. The PSYCH-K sessions neutralize limiting beliefs held in your sub-conscious mind (that limit your abilities). The Polarity moves energy through your body's energy grid integrating body mind spirit.
