currents. Deep pressure points, rocking and gentle holds
re-activate and re-align the flow of energy to revitalize

SOMATIC MASSAGE
Somatic Massage seeks a fine balance of deep tissue
muscular therapy and soothing relaxation; it is the
foundation of harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit.
This integrative session uses structural massage, movement,
breathing, and Polarity Therapy techniques to relieve
stress, sore muscles, fatigue, and to restore good posture.
